In the evening, we highly suggest you walk to the top of the Areopagus hill, near the Acropolis for a romantic spot from were you can watch the magical sunset. There’s so much to do and see in the capital of Greece, from museums and archaeological sites to shopping and savoring Greek food.
Athens to paros free#
The rest of the day is free for you to spend it as you wish. Accompanied by your exceptional archaeologist and licensed guide, explore the history and architecture of ancient Athens in all its glory while listening to interesting narrative around Greek mythology. On day 2, have a private mythology tour of the Acropolis and the new Acropolis Museum. Your first night in Athens comes to an end with a delicious meze dinner in a traditional, local tavern. In the evening, set on a fascinating walking tour around Athens’ center and its most beautiful neighborhoods, and gain insight into the vast history of the city with the help of your local guide.
